My written statement for compliance, dated 3-12-2025.
1) This Writ petition is directly connected with the recognized cause of action, ‘Breach of Patent Cooperation Treaty, committed by united states patent and trademark office, on 5-8-2015, for my patent rights recognized by PCT/us2014/046619, taking priority of my granted patent us 8,910,998 B1, with patent date of 16-12-2014. Hence, this Writ petition must be in IPR, Intellectual Property Rights classification. At the outset WP 12356/2023 were to be taken under IPR classification, however was marked GM-Res. Further, I refer to the paragraphs 1, 3, 6, and 13 of the attached Annexure A, court orders for WP 12356/2023.
2) The prayer is concise and clear. No amendment is required unless the Honorable court directs.
3) For respondents, I have listed the present division, unit heads name and the corresponding Ministers name.
