The following Writ Petition was filed with the Honorable court on 4-11-2025. The Writ Petition is registered with Filing Registration number 33468/2025. Writ Petition copies for Respondent 1 and Respondent 3 were served at the ASG office in the High court of Karnataka Premises, on 4-11-2025. I will serve notice, summons, Writ Petition copies to Respondent 2 and Respondent 4 upon receipt of court orders for notice on the first hearing date for the Writ Petition.
