Here is the most recent, and current plan I am working towards to get the 62 sale agreements executed.
Projected two-year plan to conclude the execution of 62 sale agreements for the full value of 93 Trillion Earthlings. I am working towards achieving this timeline. However, I am bound by the procedures of Indian judiciary, introduction of Project Earthling© at WIPO, coordinating the schedules of 62 country leaders and designated signatories, media publications, broadcast, and discussion of the subjects. I plan on coordinating and working with all these stakeholders to achieve the following timeline. I am optimistic that the world (all 193 countries) will go along with me in this objective of delivering ‘Real independence and freedom to all countries’, and for the combined good and brighter future of all of humanity.
The 61 tri-party sale agreements will be executed in a way to bring approximately 20% of the value in first year of the sale agreement (year 2022), with the balance (approximate 80% of the value) distributed to come in as payments payable to me over the balance IP tenure years. The last payment would come in year 2033, and I shall distribute the wealth final checks according to my Living will allocations by Q1-2034.

I have defined three streams of activities for Myself, Divisions within Ministry of External Affairs India, and look forward to working with the Honorable court to achieve this timeline.
You will observe from the listed dates that we might have missed some target dates. This is due to the court sitting cancellation on a hearing date, and scheduling delays in meetings with MEA teams. Despite missing few set target dates, all the end objectives will be achieved with some expected schedule variance. The work is however in progress according to court summons and my communications.
Three streams of activities.
First – USPTO exit activities.
a. By July 1st 2022: Get USPTO to legally eliminate their worldwide fraud and breach of Patent Cooperation Treaty in Bangalore city civil court.
b. By July 1st 2022: Honorable court to provide orders to establish a special court to follow through with rest of the activities, so that the 62 sale agreements could be executed, with a bench of judges presiding the follow through activities. This is subjected to the orders of the Honorable Judge.
c. By July 1st 2022: I shall make the decision on whether or not the final sale price will be reset to a number higher than 93 Trillion Earthlings. This will 8 be after I review the evaluation methodologies, and approaches used by the competent authorities, and their chosen final sale price numbers. Consistent with my sale price table there is a possibility that final sale price reset number could be any one of 140, 175, 220, 230, 240, or 250 Trillion Earthlings, possibly even higher. Indian government are one of the chosen competent authorities.
d. By Jan 1st 2023: Finish the execution of Srinivas-Hirshfeld agreement with USPTO in the special court. Also execute the safety net contingency agreement for the liability caused across the 61 non-USA countries.
Second – Project Earthling© and GEC activities.
e. By April 1st 2022: Have a broadcast room / command room designed and equipped to address all 193 world countries at WIPO summit directly.
f. By May 1st 2022: Distribute material which could be a combination of information panels / brochures, bound books, more websites if required other than already existing ProjectEarthling.com, Earthlingcurrency.com, formally to all the 193 country delegates at WIPO Summit.
g. By July 1st 2022: Having given two months of time formally for the 193 country delegates to review the distributed material, conduct a full day Project Earthling© introduction event by using the broadcast room, at the WIPO assembly. This must include me introducing the subject / reform, followed by a select set of Indian and few non-Indian select speakers talking about the reform. A second and third full days could be reserved for Q&A and formal interactions with 193 country delegates.
h. By September 1st 2022: We have the outcome of a decisive voting on the macro-economic reform ‘Project Earthling©’. It will be a thumping majority ‘YES’ according to me. The reform sells itself with minimal sales pitch required.
i. On July 1st 2023: Project Earthling© goes live. Planned celebrations on the go live date across all 193 world countries. End of AD years and beginning of FE years. To not confuse with the FE months / years, I use the same old calendar dates to follow through with the rest of the plan. GEC – Global Earthling Council fully established by this date.
j. By September 1st 2023: Designated signatories of GEC are ready to travel to India for four months, to execute 61 sale agreements in the special court as ‘Payor’, with all the signing events fully scheduled and uniformly spread across the four months.
Third – Execution of 61 non-usa agreements activities.
k. By Jan 1st 2024: All 61 non-USA sale agreements executed in the special court. We will have at least one year for scheduling all the 61 sale agreement execution events and plan the arrival of 61 non-USA country ‘Buyer’ delegate teams. GEC designated signatories to arrive by 9 September 1st 2023, and stay here for the full four months to execute the agreements in the capacity of ‘Payor’.
