After Project Earthling© is implemented, ‘Global Earthling Council, GEC’ would be established. GEC would directly pay for all the expenses for the formation, and establishment of all the ‘New World Order’ councils, in an annual reimbursement model against the local country, local currency expenses. Further, they shall continue to pay for the operations of all the New World Order Councils in the world neutral currency of ‘Earthlings’. This will allow the ‘New World Order Councils’ to actively work towards their set goals and objectives. The core councils of the New World Order are to be established first. I define ‘Core council’ as a council that has immediate relevance to all the world countries and all human beings, that have suffered, and have faced the horrors and ugliness of the old world order. The 191 world countries and over 9 Billion human beings on planet Earth have suffered irreparable losses, were put through great pain, suffering, torture, and abuse by the rouges of the old world order. FABRICATED FILES OF THE rouge usa, rouge uk, placed at their own paid in rouge usd, puppet rouge un organs, puppet rouge un organizations, without the knowledge of the target subjects. The target subjects are from all 188 countries, and were eventually supposed to be all 9 billion people living across 188 countries. THE TARGET SUBJECT WHO HAS DONE NO WRONG, HAS A FILE CREATED ABOUT HIM/HER, in the rouge old world order, WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND AWARENESS. They have created random all kinds of fabricated files about me, all of which are lies, and most likely, have already been rubbished and trashed by INDIA JUDICIARY. Fabricated files about me, or others across world, 9 billion citizens would include, all their fabricated created induced diseases, and illogical topics like, we are observing him/her for these rouge terms with no logic, motor skills, he jokes a lot, he is casual, he is serious, he is erratic, he chokes, he talks less, he talks more, he cannot place orders in restaurants, he cannot shop, he cannot choose, he has no defined likes, dislikes, he is weak, he is thin, he is fat, he lacks puberty knowledge, he lacks sex knowledge, he needs coaching in sex, the list of moronic lines are in hundreds. The JUDICIAL COUNCIL, WORLD COURT AT JUDICIAL COUNCIL, will directly inform the individual, you are MAJOR and above 18 years old, if there is a case, filed about you. Mutatis mutandis for all businesses, companies, corporations, and Governments, with reference to cases filed. For JUDICIAL COUNCIL, the WORLD LEGAL AUTHORITY.

For JUDICIAL COUNCIL, the WORLD LEGAL AUTHORITY, which will deliver course correction and restrospective JUSTICE for 188 World countries and 9 billion citizens. I present certain features, details about the JUDICIAL COUNCIL, and the World Court at Judicial Council, with reference to the ‘Legal procedure at the World Court’.

World Court at Judicial Council, is expected to get high volume of lawsuits, spanning several International law, World Medical law, law practise areas, an exclusively generated list of practise areas, with reference to LAWS and RIGHTS listed in POV 2-45 and POV 2-46 of my authored work, ‘Right perspectives for the World©’, by introspecting the history of last 248 years. This will certainly include all lawsuits that arise from the ‘rouge monopoly of rouge currency usd, used against 188 World countries for the past 248 years’, which will be an accepted fact, recognized and legalized by Judicial Council, and World Court at Judicial Council.

– All cases at the World court will be prescided by a bench of four Judges, that are nominated Judges from four neutral countries, with reference to the nations, and nationality of corporations, companies, businesses, and individuals, that are parties in the lawsuit. Among the four Judges, the ‘Designated Superlative’ for the World court hall, conducts and directs the World Court proceeding, however each case is independently evaluated by each of the four Judges, and the ‘combined decisive ORDERS, or JUDGEMENT’, are issued on behalf of the WORLD COURT SEAT of JUDGES. I expect that there would be near negligible conflict related to ORDERS, and JUDGEMENT among the SEAT OF JUDGES. And if there is conflict, the SEAT OF JUDGES will discuss and come to consensus on ORDERS and JUDGEMENTS.

– The World Court will have at least 1000 World Court Halls, at the World court. For enabling physical participation of parties, their lawyers at the World court, I request Judicial Council to consider four World courts, across which the 1000 World Court Halls are spread, while video conferencing will be made available at all the World Courts. All technology, systems must and will be owned by Records Council, in World data architecture platform, fully safe and secure, hosted, and managed, by technology teams of all 188 World countries.

– With reference to evidence by way of ‘photographs’, or ‘videos’, the JUDICIAL COUNCIL will concede that the advances of photo creation technologies, photo editing technologies, and video creation technologies, video fabrication technologies, and video editing technologies, allowing simulating, altering, creating an entire illusion, fabricated videos however they want, the World Court will refuse to accept these as evidence, for making inferences that determine decision for the case. Only ‘photographs’, or ‘videos’, of public spaces, wherein a JUDGE among the SEAT of JUDGES can issue orders, and send their WORLD COURT LEGAL aid to the location, and return with factual report would be allowed and taken into consideration. Special Technology Unit will list all the creation and editing technologies that exist in World, and appraise JUDICIAL COUNCIL when required.   • We will statisticaly see that well over 99% of all lawsuits will be filed against rouge usa, or directed towards rouge usa, where filed against rouge uk, or rouge old world order organs, rouge old world order organizations. This delivery of Justice for humanity, citizens of 188 World countries, and the 188 World countries themselves is 248 years too late.
  • The statistics will also clearly indicate how non complicated the rest of World country lives and societies are, with near negligible law suits filed with parties that are other that rouge usa, rouge uk, rouge old world order un organs, and rouge old world order un organizations. These were regular functioning societies and countries with respectable transactions executed, however very few over the last 248 years. These were based on real demand and supply.

World Court at Judicial Council, all their employees, all their expenses are paid for by EARTHLINGS COUNCIL, ensuring that they are absolutely unbiased, and the ORDERS, JUDGEMENTS are almost final with no reason for an appellate authority at the World court.

  • However, for redressal, I expect them to be very few in numbers, one iteration of appeal is allowed wherein a larger size bench of Judges, example, eight Judges revisit the lawsuit and orders, and issue the FINAL ORDERS, FINAL JUDGEMENTS.
  • In the appelate authority, again the presciding Judges in the SEAT OF JUDGES, will be from countries other than those of the parties and presciding Judges at the petition stage, and certainly Judges other than the Judges that prescided at the Petition stage of the lawsuit.
  • The parties filing the suit and responding will be allowed a list of not more than 4 countries in conflict of interest list of countries, requesting the Honorable court to nominate the SEAT of Judges with this request in consideration.

CITY DESIGN FOR JUDICIAL COUNCIL AND ALL THE NEW WORLD ORDER COUNCILS.

This could also be read as an ‘Existing city, Expansion of the CITY DESIGN’, example other side of the International airport.

– I bring this ‘City DESIGN’, with reference of Judicial Council, World Courts at Judicial Council, and all the New World Order Councils, where the COUNCIL meets, and is seated and conducts its work.   • The city of Geneva being home for International Bureau, World Intellectual Property Organization, has absolutely clear understanding of the term ‘city cage’, from hosting several international events from the past, and taking security measures into consideration. The World Leaders want people walking on the road, crossing the road, identified, and recognized for their visit citing security concerns. Barricading is popularly adopted to manage the international Leaders visits. The city design is recommended with these security requirements for the COUNCIL in consideration along with full support of ‘Special Technology Unit’, to neutralize all forms of cages, internal, brain, external, and life, and the city is fully relaxed, safe and secure for COUNCIL work.
  • With the above in consideration for ‘Cities that are home for COUNCILS’, the rest of the World countries, all their other cities, must fully become free of city cages, with the cities that host the COUNCILS designed for these known facts, delivering comfortable lives of the World country delegations living at the city.
  • The city must have a central ‘Block’ where the COUNCIL is seated. Absolutely spacious, and supported by ‘Special Technology Unit’, entirely with reference of the security within the block, including food security within the block, absolutely ensuring no forms of caging at the COUNCIL, while all security measures are in place.
  • Spacing out, the surrounding block of the COUNCIL block must be residential areas for the delegations, what are clearly marked as 188 Sectors, for 188 delegations.
  • While meeting after the work is not banned, the COUNCIL strictly engages in business and serious work, and does not dilute the objectives by what constitutes freelance socializing and partying, which could dilute the WORK and OBJECTIVES of the COUNCIL. The Elite, that delegations are, knowleadgeable, would indulge in general greetings, and few minutes general conversations, non work, if they meet outside work. The Elite that the delegations are, would enjoy wine, dine, and lead responsible family life while at work at COUNCILS.
  • The sectors, and the block surrounding the sectors, will have all amenities required in a city, for all country delegations to shop, eat, dine, visit malls, watch plays, theatre etc., what constitutes normal life in the sectors, and the block beyond the block of sectors. International airport, and all other amenities for the city will be in this outermost block. While we start off with regular commute vehicles and transport for delegations into the COUNCIL, the specific delegation commutes could evolve into modern higher technology vehicles in years and decades to come.
