THESE ARE THE FOUR YEARS MACRO PROGRAM PROJECTED SET OF EVENTS, FOR MY INTRODUCTION OF AND TAKING PROJECT EARTHLING© LIVE, AND ORGANIZING ‘EARTHLINGS COUNCIL’, EC. PUBLISHED IN MARCH 2026.
The World Intellectual Property Organization, their Legal representation, will participate in the ‘Original Suit’, when they will build the ‘Macro Program Projected Set of Events, for taking Project Earthling© LIVE’, into the World Intellectual Property Organization assembly calendar.
MACRO PROGRAM PROJECTED SET OF EVENTS, FOR ORGANIZING THE REST OF THE NEW WORLD ORDER COUNCILS.
EARTHLINGS COUNCIL, abbreviated as EC will be an organization that would have all 193 World country delegates representation, with usa and uk delegations only in capacity of listening and reporting delegations. EC will print, monitor, and control the circulation of EARTHLINGS currency. Listed here are the steps involved in taking Project Earthling© live.
The procedural steps involved in taking ‘Project Earthling©’ live will be as follows.
Step 1 – The Macro Economic initiative will be introduced at World Intellectual Property Organization assembly, and will be informed to all the World country Governments and their central banks, CB.
Step 2 – Decisive voting of the Macro Economic reform. The introduction would be followed by presentations and talks of 193 World country LEADERS and their nominated speakers. After the 193 country independent presentations, a World Intellectual Property Organization assembly voting will be conducted, with one vote per country on the subject, in a decisive YES or NO. This initiative will be voted in with at least 188 YES votes. The Governing council must be established, which is Earthling Council. Like it is indicated in the ‘projected schedule of events’, EC will be organized, EC Leadership Team, and Designated Signatory Team will be established. By signatures of at least 188 World country LEADERS, the ‘EARTHLINGS Council Macro Guidance Declaration by World Leaders’ would be established. EC will baseline the opening national treasury balances of all 193 World countries.
Step 3 – The currency bills must be designed. (a) Billion, Half Billion, Million and Half Million Earthling bills for CB holdings and exchanges. (b) 10000, 5000, 1000, 500, 100 Earthling bills for citizen work permit travel expenses management only. There shall be no other denomination, for e.g., currency bills of 50, 10, 5, 2 or 1. Earthlings is only an International trade currency and foreign exchange currency and not for domestic local trade or business.
Step 4 – Few MINTS, e.g., three, that will print Earthlings shall be installed in a single location. These mints will be governed by the EC, and will be under 24*7 surveillance, for security only. The Council seat location and Mint facility location will be given by me.
Step 5 – Flushing rouge currency usd from all non-usa countries. EC, will audit and evaluate opportunity of EARTHLINGS replacing legitimate usd holdings of all countries, their respective CB’S. However, the fact is legitimate usd never existed in the World, it was always used as a bribe. The replaced rouge usd currency should be retrieved and shredded. The legitimate replacement amounts and the recorded opening national treasury balances are expected to be zero for most of the World countries.
Step 6 – EC will monitor country EARTHLINGS balances from capitalization, and will control EARTHLINGS printing. Start of regular EC operations, according to the established ‘EARTHLINGS Council Macro Guidance Declaration by World Leaders’.

Once Project Earthling© goes live, it is fair to say that “Global Earthling Council – GEC” will be the World epicenter of Financial control, Earthling currency printing and Global financials record keeping.
Hence a united 193 country representative group / team would govern this GEC organization. GEC will come under the ambit of futuristic governance model proposed by me ‘United Nations Global Governance Model 2020©’ (I request you to visit its webpage link to read more about it).
GEC will record the opening national treasury balances (cash and non-cash components) of all 193 countries. It shall monitor and track the National treasury wealth of all 193 countries with annual book-keeping, and financial audits as applicable.
GEC will have its own website. I will have it inaugurated and launched at the time of ‘Project Earthling©’ going live.
Due to GEC going live:
- IMF will seize to exist.
- World Bank will seize to exist. (They failed to fund my project despite my work being global in nature and having resonance across all 193 countries in the World).
- Other multi-national regional banks will also seize to exist.
Simply put, the World will be fully decentralized at country level. The banks will operate at national level within a country, lending and doing business as per their central bank norms, guidelines and in their local national currency. All global lending or funds allocations will be managed by GEC alone in Earthlings currency.
Worldwide economics study and financial analysis of the 93 Trillion Earthlings deal is expected to happen. This deal in itself is the reason for formation of GEC.
Formation of GEC will become the timeline marker for Project Earthling© going live. Project Earthling© will be invaluable to the world and humanity.
Projected timeline for the execution of 62 sale agreements, to be tracked and followed by the entire world
Projection two-year plan to conclude the execution of 62 sale agreements for the full value of 93 Trillion Earthlings. I am working towards achieving this timeline. However, I am bound by the procedures of Indian judiciary, introduction of Project Earthling© at WIPO, coordinating the schedules of 62 country leaders and designated signatories, media publications, broadcast, and discussion of the subjects. I plan on coordinating and working with all these stakeholders to achieve the following timeline. I am optimistic that the world (all 193 countries) will go along with me in this objective of delivering ‘Real independence and freedom to all countries’, and for the combined good and brighter future of all of humanity.
The 61 tri-party sale agreements will be executed in a way to bring approximately 20% of the value in first year of the sale agreement (year 2022), with the balance (approximate 80% of the value) distributed to come in as payments payable to me over the balance IP tenure years. The last payment would come in year 2033, and I shall distribute the wealth final checks according to my Living will allocations by Q1-2034.
