Communications with WIPO, World Intellectual Property Organization

WIPO, International Bureau is the ‘World Council, Organization, for everything to do with Intellectual Property’. They have 193 world country member delegates in their organization. They administer the ‘Patent Cooperation Treaty. Mr. Daren Tang, Director General at WIPO, International Bureau has been informed about the ‘Breach of Patent Cooperation Treaty articles 18(2) and 19(1) committed by USPTO on 5-8-2015, in their capacity of ‘International Search Authority, ISA’ by issuing a fabricated ISR, with fabricated date and fabricated prior art, while issuing an ‘International Search Report, ISR’ for my inventions PCT international application PCT/US2014/046619 filed on 15-7-2014 with USPTO as the ‘Receiving office, RO’. This PCT international application takes priority of my invention patent US 8,910,998 B1 issued on 16-12-2014, which was given a priority application number 14/227,859, with priority application date of 27-03-2014. The PCT international application PCT/US2014/046619, all its legal documents, details of national / regional stage applications filed can be accessed by using the WIPO publication ID ‘WO2015147900’ searchable / accessible at WIPO patentscope database. WIPO website is Wipo.org, or Wipo.int.

PCT Infoline response dated 6-3-2025, for my communication, providing procedural direction for a LEGAL QUESTION, that included reflecting my permanent residential address, replacing the leased virtual office address that I had used for us pto communications, with reference of PCT/us2014/046619.
